hi hello ,this is sakthi priyan i am completed B.E mechanical engineering 2013 passed out still i searching for an job in core but i didnt get any opportunity,four months left being a fresher its very hard to find a job without reference in production (auto ancillary ) industry.
I am a mechanical engineer passed out in 2011.I have an overall two years of experience working as Junior Design Engineer(Process Planning) in an engineering service industry proving manufacturing engineering support to a heavy equipment vehicle company.Currently I am not working and seeking for a better career opportunity.Please guide me so that I can choose a better platform and can enhance in the saem domain.

design engineer is one of the esteem jobs for mechanical engineers. If you are interested to stick on to the design field, then look for the industries having r&d;. there is a pg course in product design. As a design engineer it wil be easy for you to cope up with. You will get jobs in the top firms
hi siva. a four month gap is nt such a big issue.. keep on trying. experience is the main criteria for joining the major core companies. So it will be better to earn skills from small scale industries without looking for the salary and after acquiring enough experience you will get handful of jobs. Another option is to do short term courses like NDT, QA/QC etc which will also helps you to get more exposure
