Myself Parul Jain and i have done B.Tech in IIT in 2011 and diploma in JAVA in 2013 &working;as a JRF in GGSIPU. It is a research work and i don't enjoy my work coz i want to do something in development field. So whether i shuld leave this job or not?? I am very much confuse plz help m
Leaving this job and searching new job or on same time with this job searching new job is a decision in which no one can help you here. if you are confident that you will get new job easily then leave this and search new one with full dedication. if you do not hav much confidence then be in this job and paralelly search new job

yeah please try for a new job with current one, its just beginning of carrier ,you 'll surely get a good job , and in software i'll recommend you to go in Oracle and SAP (ERP) line , you 'll surely enjoy your life with smart work.

Done B.Tech in Information Technology. I need Only a startup in software field even in a small company coz only when u enter into practical environment only then u can improve and utilize ur skills M a fresher in this field and everyone is fresher at some stage if i get a chace i can prove myself

If you don't have interest then its better you leave job and start hunting for development work. You have good degree along with java knowledge. Try , you will surely get in some satisfactory profile.
