Financial Services is a very vast term and includes a lot of different industries. First I would suggest you to talk to people who you believe are in profiles relevant to you and and try and understand what work they do. Once you have a fair idea about what areas are available, you can then shortlist a few options that you would like to be doing. As far as a decision on PG, you can contemplate either an MBA in Finance from a top 25 institute or a CFA. There are also specific area related courses offered by institutions like FLIP and NSE which can help do focused study of area of interest. My suggestion is first try and figure out which areas interest you, then look at what certifications or degrees can get you there. Then accordingly prepare yourself. Hope this answer helps.
