Here i am very confuse about my career. I have done b.com graduation from delhi university. Now i do not know what should i do further, Job or continue with study? If study then which course??? Please Suggest. Advice really needed.

You have done B.com its very good. You have now both the option job and study or you can join any part time job with study either. There are many courses you can do after b.com.

and many more, just you have to find your own interest :)
