Nice to see you have some logical plan in action.
For dot net certification you can pick any credible instute from the likes of NIIT, CMC, APTECH etc. But instead of doing their certification, you should try to clear the official 'Microsoft Certifications' for 'dot net' or ' Share point' ( another new and industry popular microsoft technology). You can take guidance from any of the instituted to help you crack that particular certification rather than the local ones. Similarly , in case you might be interested in JAVA, there is OCJP, earlier known( and more popular) as SCJP which is Sun Certified Java Programmer. Apart from this, don't forget to brush up your basic aptitude, as almost every IT company screens freshers with an initial apti test.
