Hi Dikhita, Having completed your MBa in 2010, you have been pursuing your ICWAI. I would recommend you to try and focus on finishing your ICWAI at the earliest. Also considering you are doing this course, I am assuming your inclination towards Finance and thus believe your specialization was Finance during MBA. You need to realize that it is quite a vast field and entails many different areas of work. You need to try and figure out which areas are actually available for your profile and of them which ones interest you? Also would like you to decide more on the fact that whether you are looking to work into an area which gives your MBA relevance or your ICWA. That will help you better choose your options. Additional courses can be CFA or specific courses offered by institutions like NISM and FLIP. But you need to try and understand which areas you would like to be in than just collecting degrees and certifications. Focus on that first and then work towards achieving that goal.

Hello, Please zero out your area of interest before starting your career... What was your specialization in MBA. I don't see much problem with the gap of 3 years unless you have a valid reason before your recruiter that your were pursuing ICWAI during these years after your MBA....
