Hello. I am a fresh mechanical engineer graduate of 2016.I am a bit confused about selecting my job profile as a trainee engineer job on the basis of my degree. My interests are more into management side. What shall I prefer ? Where shall I approach ? Should I go for doing masters ?
In my opinion, try to acquire job on your present qualification. You might not land on your dream job but still it will open the way for your dream job. Then after max 2 years of experience go for MBA in finance/marketing from reputed B-school. It will boost your career. Good Luck !
