it does reduce the chances in a few organizations but not all, a two year back boy with us is doing well.

Hi Karan, you should put more efforts in Engineering to improve your scores. Once you improve your scores and justify the reason of gap, the person on the other side of table that should suffice with your efforts. And you will definitely be placed.
