i completed my PGDM in 2012 from IB stream , now i am not gating IB related job, now i want
to work in Marketing / HR . so i am confused about which will better for me marketing / HR ?
It depends upon your intt. if ur intrested in field works then go for marketing since marketing begins from field work and you will get so many things to learn there.Hr fieldis is also challenging in its own..so think and then take decision. Best of Luck............
