Mr. jha in professional life don't look for dynamic job, it's up to you to make your way in your field. There are high post in markt & HR but it will take time for fresher to reach their so its better to take first step to climb.

Hey. A small reality check (and please don't take this the wrong way) - whether one likes it or not, to grow within an organization we have to always crunch numbers. Having said that and since you are pursuing a MBA in marketing and HR why don't you consider management consulting (in firms such as Hewitt, Mercer, Hay Group) or recruitment / headhunting as a career choice. It incorporates the best of your chosen fields and while it does not involve direct sales, it does create a stimulating environment to learn about multiple industries and network with lots of people - all under one roof.
