MBA IT or MCA(correspondence) for growth in my job profile and salary in shortly time because i am interest in network field profile so please give right suggest

It's good to see that you have a hunger to progress and continue with your education to move forward. If you like the IT field and may like to get into more technical-programming roles, then you can go for MCA, otherwise MBA-IT would also be a good option for you. However, inmportant thing to note is that you go for your PG educaiton from a credible college and industry relevant means. A correspondence degree won't take you anywhere. A full time 2 yr course would be the best option , but if you don't want to leave your job then you can go for 'Part Time'/executive MBA. For MCA you can look into the work integrated programmes provided by BITS Pilani, Ramaiah , Anna University etc. Do you own self research as well and don't hurry into the decision . You can also look for MBA in telecom domain. The college background for PG studies matters a lot. So invest your time and money wisely.

Nothing is best in general, select an option keeping ur interest in mind.With your N/w interest in mind, i would suggest that you go for MCA. during your MCA you can additionally go for CCNA certification which would enhance ur applicaiton chnaces to be considered for n/w jobs.
