Job Description

HR – Payroll, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, PF Compliance

Payroll Operations
  • Reconcile Payroll input & output as necessary
  • Send queries regarding wrong input.
  • Monthly Reimbursement claims checking (Car & Driver, Telephone, Medical Bills, LTA Claims.)
  • Ensure accuracy & timely output.
  • Client Coordination/Employee query replies on mails and on portal
HR Operations
  • Checking and verifying Onboarding documents uploaded by the candidate on the Application tracking system (RMS)
  • Track and verify information mentioned on RMS.
  • Follow-up with the candidates for Pending documentation.
  • Managing employee life cycle
Compliance
  • Would need to update MIS
  • Help in filling Forms and creating sets for submission
  • Preparing set of Registers and Abstracts with Displays
Talent Acquisition
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Partnering with clients to determine requirements
  • Screens applications of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate with Clients and Qualified Candidates for Scheduling Interviews.
  • Prepares and manages the Weekly- Recruitment reports in accordance with the timeline
  • Prepare and update the Recruitment Tracker of all candidates regularly
  • Maintaining relationships with the clients to ensure recruitment goals are achieved
  • Having experience in Bulk and Contract hiring.
PF Compliance
  • Adhere and comply with statutory provisions under the EPF Act
  • Preparing PF Data where required (E-Nomination / KYC/ Seminar for PAN India)
  • Managing the PF Challan
