1. Capgemini Recruitment Process

You must also know everything about a company which is about to visit your college for a fresher recruitment drive. This placement paper of Capgemini will help you prepare all about the test pattern but you have to Google all the additional information about the company.

2. Capgemini Test Pattern

 

The test pattern followed in a placement paper of Capgemini is same as any other IT company. But evaluation, weightage and marking scheme are different. Hence scoring well in Capgemini placement paper is a challenge, unless you are well prepared in advance. Given below are round-wise placement paper sections, with problems and solutions to help you prepare thoroughly.

Round 1: Online aptitude test

There are two sections namely Aptitude and Verbal Ability. Both sections have 16 questions each. As a candidate you will be allotted 50 minutes to finish this round in placement paper of Capgemini.

I Aptitude Section

Capgemini’s Online Aptitude Test consists of 32 MCQs (16 Quant + 16 Reasoning). The weightage is equally split between Quant and Logical Reasoning sections. The time allotted to each section is 50 minutes. There is no sectional time limit but ensure that you meet the sectional cutoffs to qualify in the overall round. There is no negative marking scheme as discussed earlier.

Please remember that in placement paper of Capgemini, the Logical Reasoning Section covers questions on Blood Relations, Data Sufficiency, Graph-based Data Interpretation Questions (Pie charts, Bar charts, Line Graphs etc.,) and other DI concepts. II Essay Writing Section

In your placement paper of Capgemini, you will be asked to write an essay on any given topic. The topic could be a generic one so that every candidate can write comfortably. The purpose of this test is simply to test the vocabulary of a candidate.

Time limit:

Only 20 minutes are allotted to a candidate in this round. Do not worry, 20 minutes is enough to write an essay. Do some writing practice before hand with pen and paper with a stop watch to gather speed. Most topics are technology-based and should ideally contain 300-400 words. The sentences have to be grammatically correct and it is advisable to use simple words.

Round 2: Technical/ Pseudo Code Round

Round 2 is a technical test pattern with 20 multiple choice questions. In the entire list, 7 to 8 questions will be around programming in C Language. For this round also, a candidate will be allotted 20 minutes.

Candidates will be asked to write the logic in pseudo code or simple English. Short English sentences will also work unlike an actual error-free compilation-ready program. You will be asked questions in the following formats:

## Check for errors in the pseudo code
## Complete a pseudo code to get an output
## Write logic of a program to get the desired output

You should be adept in any one programming language at least like C, C++, Java, Python etc. Only then it will be easy to crack the placement paper of Capgemini.

Round 3: Technical Interview

In the technical Interview round, you will be asked basic questions from C, C++, Pseudo Code, and DBMS. Basically, coding plays a pivotal part in your placement paper of Capgemini. So be prepared for the same. Do not forget to also prepare questions from two other subjects of your branch/specialization.

Round 4: HR Interview

5. Capgemini Eligibility Criteria

6. Capgemini Interview Process

There are 2 broad rounds namely technical & HR. The number of people who they select is basically dependent on the candidate’s caliber. Also, placement paper of Capgemini is set so as to filter candidates who can meet the needs of the company. The profile for which they hire is critical as one has to answer as per the job description. HR round is mostly very generic. Anybody who stays up-to-date with latest technologies and has a few recognized certifications in their kitty, can crack the process easily.

7. Capgemini Off Campus Drive

In off-campus hiring, Capgemini will give preference to previous year batches. As of now, pass outs from 2019, 2018 and 2017 batch are also eligible. Placement paper of Capgemini off campus drive is not much different from the paper set for on-campus and pool drives. Mainly BE, B. Tech, and MCA freshers can appear for off campus drives of Capgemini.

Apart from the eligibility criteria mentioned above, an off-campus drive candidate must portray the following:
