  • Share examples to demonstrate your skills

Remember, impressing a recruiter is no easy feat. Make an explicit case for how your skills will help the organization. Tell them what you will be bringing on the table and what makes you stand apart from the crowd.

Instead of taking a general route and telling them that you have strong communication skills or you are a good team player, tell them how you have proved yourself in the past.
